About Jira Migration Assistant App
Tempo is excited to participate in the early access program (EAP) for the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. Built upon Atlassian's Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App, the Migration Assistant EAP tool enables you to automatically migrate nearly all your Tempo data, as well as data from your other Jira add-ons. The EAP is designed to support Server or Data Centre customers who are using Timesheets 11.8.0 and/or Planner 8.1 and Jira version 8.4 and higher.
Once you are enrolled in Atlassian's EAP for the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant App and should need any assistance, you can contact the Atlassian's support team directly.
Tempo Data Included in Automated Migration
The migration application automates the packaging and migrating the application data with your Jira data to the Cloud. For Tempo, this includes the following data:

Accounts, Account Categories and Customers | Account information is retrieved using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant and Tempo Cloud Account REST APIs. |
Custom field values | Custom fields are retrieved using the Jira Cloud Migration Assistant. Tempo is working with Atlassian to integrate with the bulk API (under development). Once fully integrated it will greatly speed up the process. |

Tempo is working with Atlassian to include all Tempo data in the EAP Migration Assistant tool, however the following data is still not part of the migration EAP version yet:
